Introduction
Open Rehab is a person-centered software connecting rehabilitation professionals with patients to provide remote rehabilitation services. It aims to tackle the lack of rehabilitation professionals, especially at the district and commune level; bring rehabilitation services down to family and community levels by equipping the hospital-based professionals and families with a user-friendly communication tool for follow-up instruction and advice; to lower the costs for the patients, especially those not covered by medical insurance, by reducing transportation and living costs during hospital stay; prevent repetitive hospital stays for persons with long-term needs for rehabilitation, and provide support to children that require a rehabilitation setting at home.
The Open Rehab application is a combination of 3 modules that interact with each other to help therapists and patients with rehabilitation treatment. The system aims to have a digital environment for therapists and patients to interact based on an arranged treatment plan. The first module is a web application for Administrators that can manage the contents and users of the system. The second module is a web application for Therapists where they can manage their patients and manage their treatment plans. Lastly, the third module is a mobile application for Patients to help them follow the treatment plan given by their therapist and contact them for consultations.
This document lists down the features of the Therapist Portal and instructions on how to access and process them.

The Admin Portal is for organizational administrators who manage the therapists and provide the library content to support therapists to create treatment plans for patients. The portal enables administrators to manage all content related to other modules. It should allow bulk uploads of content to be used and be as flexible as possible to support the related apps. Access to the portal is further customized based on the user's role which can be any of the following: Global Admin, Country Admin, and Clinic Admin.

The portal allows a therapist to create their own exercises, education materials and questionnaires for their patient and also copy existing content available in the library. The therapists can also monitor the rehabilitation progress of patients and make direct contact via message, voice, and video call. The portal supports patient information management and appointment management.
Patient Mobile App
The Patient Mobile App is designed to assist patients to follow the treatment plan given by the therapist. It displays the scheduled activities for the day and the progress the patients have made. The activities are shown as easy to read cards that include exercises with pictures and instructions, questionnaires and feedback forms, and educational reading materials that the patient can access. It also supports chat and call features that allow the patients to be in contact with their therapists. Patients can also manage their appointments with their therapist.
