It automatically translates added OpenTeleRehab resources
It marks edited/updated translated resources for review and approval of specific user groups
It allows therapist user group to submit a revision of unreviewed and auto-translated clinical content
It creates a new user role and group for professional translator that would work on the translated resources review and approval process
It synchronizes resources from OpenTeleRehab to OpenTeleRehab Library
