OpenTeleRehab Mobile App User Manual

Introduction

Welcome to the OpenTeleRehab Mobile Application User Manual.

This manual provides comprehensive guidance on how to use the OpenTeleRehab mobile application for both Patients and Healthcare Workers. The application is designed to support remote rehabilitation services by enabling secure communication, treatment management, appointment scheduling, patient monitoring, and access to rehabilitation resources.

The system allows:

  • Patients to access their treatment plans, complete exercises, submit feedback, schedule and respond to appointments, communicate with healthcare workers, and monitor their progress.

  • Healthcare Workers to manage patients, schedule and respond to appointments, conduct interviews, refer or transfer patients, and communicate through messaging and calls.

The application supports secure login with PIN authentication, phone number verification (for patients), role-based access control, offline functionality, and real-time synchronization when an internet connection becomes available.

This manual is organized by feature, with each section outlining:

  • A brief description of the feature
